WORKSPEED TECHNOLOGY: HOSTING & DATA SECURITY
Secure and accessible.

Workspeed delivers a fully hosted solution with the most comprehensive infrastructure available. The system is comprised of proprietary components developed specifically for Workspeed.

Workspeed uses the strongest encryption products and network monitoring to protect customer data and communications. Firewalls and encryption devices are sourced from leading Internet security vendors and are configured and rigorously tested by expert professionals before going into production.

To ensure the security of data during transit between browser and server, Workspeed uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol for data encryption to protect data privacy. Usernames and passwords, along with all system data, are 128-bit encrypted as a standard feature for all Workspeed users. Encryption of data protects our clients from threats posed by unauthorized disclosure (interception of data transmissions by third parties) and data alteration. Customers such as financial institutions that require heightened security measures have the option to enforce strong passwords, periodic password resets and other security best practices.

All networking components, web servers and application servers are configured redundantly and customer data is stored on a primary database server that is clustered with a backup database server for redundancy. This data is stored on disk storage that is mirrored across different storage units and controllers and automatically backed up to near-line storage devices multiple times daily. Offsite backups are made and stored nightly, keeping our customers data secure yet accessible.
