August 7, 2007
NEW YORK -- Workspeed, a provider of Web-based and wireless applications that optimize real estate enterprise performance, has signed a multi-year, portfolio-wide deal to provide RREEF Management Co, with its end-to-end property management solution.
Workspeed’s solution includes service request management, preventive maintenance, visitor order management and purchase order management. RREEF North America, the property investment unit of Deutsche Bank and one of the world's biggest property fund managers, is implementing Workspeed’s Service Request module over its Office and Industrial Portfolios, which comprises approximately 121.7 million square feet.
“This agreement represents a strategic partnership between a world leader in commercial real estate and a leading provider of Web-based and wireless applications that bring significant process improvements to property owners and managers by combining the benefits of workflow automation, collaboration, and wireless communication,” said Derrick Chen, CEO of Workspeed. “Workspeed is very proud that one of the nation’s largest property managers has selected our management solution.”
Workspeed’s platform is an enterprise-wide solution that can integrate with both Workspeed modules as well as external applications, such as accounting and access control, to serve as one integrated solution.
Workspeed’s applications for real estate -- Service Request, Visitor Security, and Preventive Maintenance – address the day-to-day challenges of building management by replacing paper-based, phone-based, and manual operations with automated processes and real-time interaction. This allows individuals from different organizations – real estate owners, property managers, building engineers, tenants and vendors – to work efficiently together while requesting and delivering building services.
