Derrick Chen Chief Executive Officer Prior to joining Workspeed, Mr. Chen served as Managing Director of Rare Ventures, a venture advisory firm spun off from Rare Medium Group, a publicly traded IT services and investment company backed by Apollo Management. At Rare Medium, Mr. Chen was General Partner and managed Rare's portfolio of entertainment, media and technology investments. Prior to joining Rare Medium, Mr. Chen was an investment banker at Montgomery Securities, Goldman Sachs and Lazard Freres & Co. Mr. Chen earned an A.B. in Biochemistry from Harvard College. He is also a licensed New York real estate broker. |

John Pierron Chief Operating Officer John joined Workspeed with over a decade of software and client services experience. He began his career with CSI Maximus, a world leader in Facility and Fleet management solutions. Prior to arriving at Workspeed, John was an original member of a startup software organization, Outtask, Inc., where he launched a professional services organization from the ground up. Outtask was purchased by Concur Technologies, Inc. (CNQR), where he maintained his role as Director of Implementation Services. Mr. Pierron earned his Bachelors in Computer Science from St. John's University (MN). He is also a certified fire fighter in the state of NJ and member of his local volunteer fire department. |

Roma Prilutsky Chief Technology Officer Roma sets the technology direction and leads product development for Workspeed. Before joining Workspeed in 2005, Roma co-founded Discus Data Solutions (later acquired by Quest Software, Inc) and was the senior consultant for the IT department of the National Broadcasting Company (NBC). Over the past 20 years, Roma has lead the development of several enterprise software applications for companies such as Quest, NBC, Legent Corporation and Spectrum Concepts, Inc. Roma earned his Ph.D. in Physics at Moscow State University. |

Marcella P. Mazzucca Chief Marketing Officer Marcella Mazzucca serves as chief marketing officer for Workspeed and is responsible for developing and executing Workspeed’s brand strategy, marketing initiatives, as well as their public and analyst relations efforts. Mazzucca’s entre into IT began at Voyager Software, over 20 years ago, where she served as director of international channel sales. It is her extensive sales and international experience that drives the unique and proven approach to marketing Mazzucca is known for. Prior to Workspeed, Mazzucca held the position of vice president of worldwide marketing at Webroot, SurfControl and Sybari. She also spent a number of years as director of security marketing at Microsoft, where she was responsible for outbound marketing, public relations, family and child internet safety and global government elite outreach. |
